Many talented Africans want to pursue international study but struggle with where to begin, which universities to target, how to find legitimate scholarships, how to build a strong Academic CV or motivation statement, and how to create a realistic application strategy. This practical Lab helps participants move from aspiration to application.
THIS IS NOT ANOTHER STUDY-ABROAD WEBINAR.
Participants will actively search, compare, draft, review and build their application strategy during the session.
Participation Format
TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
PART 1 — OPEN SESSION | 9:00–10:30AM GMT
PART 2 — CLOSED APPLICATION LAB | 10:45AM–2PM GMT
Open to a broader audience. Cover university applications, programme selection, university shortlisting, scholarship search, funding routes, common mistakes and practical scholar experiences.
Limited to approximately 40 shortlisted participants. Selected applicants must attend the full 5-hour programme from 9AM GMT. Hands-on breakout support includes university shortlisting, scholarship search, academic CV clinic, motivation statement review, and a 30-day action plan.
The workshop cannot complete every university or scholarship application for every participant in one day. Its purpose is to help participants understand the process, make informed choices, build strong foundations and know what to do next.
